V20: Meet the new flagship of LG built with aircraft metal

 The South Korean technology presented Tuesday the V10's successor. In this new version, the focus is on the quality of sound, the presence of two rear cameras, an ultra-resistant skeleton and of course, the characteristic second screen.



With Apple events and PlayStation still scheduled for today, the rentrée the technology industry seems to boot into force after the launch of the new LG V20.

An event that took place in the Californian city of San Francisco, the South Korean technology revealed Tuesday the successor to the V10 and one of the features that easily stands out is its design that, contrary to what would be expected, was inspiration, not to his older brother, but the G5 cousin



At the rear of the equipment, instead of a rethought version of the rubber surface that was present at the V10, the V20 features a removable aluminum piece that has the particularity of having been built with recycled metal aircraft already unusable. In addition, LG also added a camera to photograph the smartphone event - which now has two rear cameras - and replaced the physical buttons for a multi-purpose fingerprint sensor that maintains its position against the predecessor.

In front of the machine LG decided to drop the second chamber dedicated to selfies and built only a lens with an aperture of f / 1.9 and 5 megapíxes sensor. The rear chamber, in turn, have a 16MP sensor and other 8MP superioriza that the first aperture (f / 2.8 to f / 1.8). To help narrow down the images there is optical stabilization, according to the company, helps eliminate distortion in the recorded videos.



The phone also has a qHD IPS screen of 5.7 inches and the characteristic second display, which mainly serves as a support to the first (which can be seen notifications and launch apps, for example), also once again be present. Inside, the V20 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor, Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory which can be expanded with a microSD card up to 2TB. A battery that is replaceable has a capacity of 3200mAh and is loadable via a USB-input C.

Another of the features that the brand insists emphasize is quality of audio reproduction that, with four 32-bit digital-to-analog converters help, should provide a qualitatively superior listening experience and customizable thanks to the mix of platform developed by Bang & Olufsen also left his mark in the machine's speakers.
