Samsung sued in the US because Note7 exploded & Microsoft will force Insiders to upgrade Windows 10

The process of replacing Galaxy Note7 is ongoing and Samsung will thus eliminate all possibilities of problems for users of smartphones.

Acording to Reuters, which is reporting this case, the process will have been entered in a Florida court on Friday, a day after Samsung have started the process of collecting more than one million Note7 sold in the US alone, for have problems with the battery.

The process was initiated by a Florida resident who wants to be compensated for damage after its Note 7 have exploded in the pocket of his pants. According to the indictment, this explosion caused second degree burns on one leg and a finger.

This process, which was received in court, details that this explosion has happened on September 09, when there was already an unofficial indication for the collection of equipment, a week before the official order from Samsung for its implementation, which took place in Friday.

The prosecution wants Samsung to pay medical expenses, damages and loss of money that was due to the inability to work. There were already advanced to values for this compensation.

So far, only the United States, there are 92 recorded cases of batteries over-heated. These situations resulted in 26 cases of burns and 55 cases of property damage.

Microsoft will force Insiders to upgrade Windows 10
